Course Description
The training introduces participants to Power Query and Power Pivot in Excel. It provides comprehensive guidance on how to import, clean, transform, and combine data from multiple sources, ranging from files to databases.
Power Query simplifies the implementation of formulas for data transformation and calculation. It also supports the use of dynamic parameters and enables an interactive relationship between Excel Worksheets and Power Query.
Power Pivot is used to perform advanced calculations using DAX, allowing for specific and customized filters and formulas that are not available in standard Pivot Tables.
KPI in Excel Power Pivot are measurable values used to evaluate how effectively a business or process is achieving its goals. In Power Pivot, KPIs are created from measures and use targets and status indicators (like colours or icons) to quickly show whether performance is above, meeting, or below the expected target.
